As part of the initial research phase of my OCAD Thesis, I created a research book that addressed all of the proposed ideas and possibilities that I would be investigating. Among the sections included within are a statement of intent, a 12 point agenda, preliminary planning analysis and diagrams, a site analysis, and a variety of architectural precedents.
